It seems like this might broke the success/failure rates on jobs. Me and other folks in cartel feels its way too many failures with the success rates provided in a chain description

This did surface a bug in the code around failure rates when skill for a job is less than 1%. I have a PR in to address it that will likely go live in the coming days.

Coke gets profitable a few prestiges in and weed around 10.
The rest is supply and demand - it's gonna take a bit for people to develop their chaining prestiges and perks. Once they do, however, and farm robbery becomes a 45 minute job instead of a 7.5 minute, fert prices should start going down.
On the demand side, there's a slow build-up of cartels upgrading subs. It's at a glacial pace at the moment but eventually we'll need 8x the current amount of coke/cannabis.
It should all converge in 4-6 months and we should see better weed and coke prod profits.
