I get that it needs to be expensive, but maybe lower the bricks to 8k?

I think people are already starting to hoard them

This is why I personally assumed there would be a new material associated with the new property, that way people were not sitting on stacks of mats and able to start the build day 1, but guess it don't matter at this point. 

edit When I say new material, It could be a new one added to construction when the property releases, thus giving everyone a chance to either save them up for the build or sell them to eager players wanting to get ahead. Could have also been a completely new job with a new material tied to it. Could have even made the new job drop new materials needed to build the safe/dock/gym etc. Instead this way, everyone now knows its coming and hoarding the mats or already had the mats and just waiting.

Since it's end-game perhaps a one-time "Own a Luxury Secure Compound" achievement 

22:33:26 - Started building a Luxury Secure Compound for £375,000,000. The build will be complete at 22:33:26 24/11/2026.

This is now implemented and live.
