can confirm that I've both had this happen myself and heard of it happen to others

Was it a level 4 museum before or after you hit 1000int? (ie did you get to 1000 and then upgrade it?)

Sry didnt see the msg. I upgraded it before i hit 1000int. 

I think the game doesnt register i have a lvl4 museum if i upgrade it while living in it? So when i enter the pe again it sees i have lvl4 museum and lets me study further then?Throwing out guesses..i dont have a clue lol
