I can't increase my intelligence but I have a max PE museum

I ran into the same problem once, it fixed itself for me by moving out of my PE and then back in

Thank you very much. It worked

However, it is still a bug that needs to be squashed. Imagine it happening when one is offline and they completed a course that would increase their intelligence
