Apparently, we shouldn't even be allowed to use refill while in hosp. Hence, this is definitely a bug @DAN
There is no point being able to refill your life when you would still have to use a med item in order to leave hosp
Being able to even access the refill page while in hosp is a bug that should be squashed since we're not supposed to be able to use any of the refilled stats (energy, life) while in hosp

It's there for when you've hit your med cd and can't use items anymore. Not too useful but still serves a purpose.

I would agree on that too, since it makes more sence then.
When you are in hospital and use points to refill life, you will still be in hospital afterwards and need to use medical items to get out, although life is at maximum!
