My Property perks show this:

0.75% Gym Gains

0.75% Intelligence Gains

Education shows all Medical gains

I also have maxed out Professional Home study (10% Gains)

The home study is showing up nowhere. I am due to start a new course in a few days and I don't want to miss out on that 10% reduction if it is a bug

Well as suggested by @Vaelinn, I did a different version of turn the modem off then back on trick, I moved out of my PE and back in and the Study perk showed up. go figure lol

I had a similar bug, which I only noticed half an hour ago when training int and getting stuck at 1000 e even though I live in a PE with the +200 int cap upgrades. Turns out I had to leave the property and move in again to activate my perks, which sucks since I both lost out on some int gain from e used without providing int, and whatever kinda gains I should've gotten from the property for however long I didn't realize the property perks weren't enabled.

I had this happen where i moved into a new property and none of the property perks were showing on the home page...starting a uni course showed the perk was not active.

Bug was resolved by moving out the property and then moving back into it.
