Disbanded the Cartel 

Joined Crime Scene (Still in Chavos period - So no perks)

However I have the Cartel Perks (From my own Cartel I've since disbanded)

Huh, well that's a bit of an oversight and I can see where the issue is. I'll get it sorted

I have exactly the same problem as described above. I had unlocked Archivement Agility rewards, and today I wanted to give my self-founded first Cartel here a few upgrades with perks, which also included agility as a perk. Now my Agi passive rewards are suddenly no longer displayed as a green number behind my Fight Stats.

Thanks for the report Dan, this has since been fixed and all Cartel perks reapplied.
