I assume thats what he means. we can try it, it would steal some valueable space though. making things harder to reach or read.

i can think of a couple solutions.

the "cartel empire bar" isnt as interesting on its own imo, the icons can be integrated into it when moving. (im just speaking about mobile though)

I can create a suggestion on its own for the next point if you want.

the job description/boxes are quite long.

there could me a dropdown menu to minimize the boxes, so it appears minimalistic, which saves space, things are more easily accessible. we can afford bigger header/bars that move along.

it would only solve it for the job section though.
