Would be cool to have a target list option, so instead of having to either put people in  the enemy list or written down on a notepad to have an added target list (yes i stole that idea 100% from torn). Would make life so much easier and like in the other game could make it where you can buy more slots witg points

I made some updates to the enemy list that might help here, I would be open to a targets list if that would be preferred vs enemies.
