Please can we have the option to be able to rent out a property directly to a user bypassing the market.

Use case here is that we have collected a number of TH/PE's in-house that we intend to rent out for cheap to faction members/friends to help them get going. At the moment we would have to risk putting them on the open market with the potential of them being snapped up by others that the deal wasn't intended for.

Also there should have a option to extend the renting time, I don't see any option about it when I renting my house
