Prestige achievements.

(Reach prestige 2 in 1 job, 5 jobs, 10 jobs)

Gives people something to grind for.

maybe overal prestiege, not 1 point per each otherwise could be OP. 

e.g. 1 reward per 3 stars or something 

I'm not an expert at making things balanced, Diablo will handle that :D

A slight variation of what Nexus suggested. I think total stars might be better otherwise it'll be too OP.

1 / 5 / 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 or something.
