Can I remove a sicario assigned to a team to make him retire or move him to another team? If yes, how is it done?

Go to Expeditions, then 'Team Management', click the 'x' to remove them (if they're not already on an Expedition), then go to the 'Sicarios' tab to reassign them to a different team, or you can retire them from there 😊
